Daniel is a native of Southern California having played for various AAA programs. He played professionally for the Bakersfield Condors of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) and the Long Beach Ice Dogs of the West Coast Hockey League (WCHL) after his Junior career. Daniel has been coaching youth hockey for the last 20 years at various levels and birth years. He is currently working as the hockey director for the LA Kings Iceland at Paramount and LA Kings Ice Palos Verdes.
The 2023/24 Season will be Coach Kim’s first with the LMU Hockey program.
